3、安裝調(diào)試同時，在儀器操作現(xiàn)場一次性免費培訓(xùn)操作人員2-3名，該操作人員應(yīng)是由需方選派的長期穩(wěn)定的員工，培訓(xùn)后能夠?qū)υO(shè)備基本原理、軟件使用、操作、維護(hù)事項理解和應(yīng)用，使

人員能夠獨立操作設(shè)備對樣品進(jìn)行檢測、分析，同時能進(jìn)行基本的維護(hù)。

四、保修承諾：
1、設(shè)備保修一年，終身服務(wù)，一年內(nèi)非人為損壞的零部件免費更換，保修期內(nèi)接到用戶邀請后， zui遲響應(yīng)時間為2小時內(nèi)，在與用戶確認(rèn)故障后，我公司會在48小時內(nèi)派工程師到達(dá)現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行

免費服務(wù)，盡快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用戶及時報告故障的原因和排除辦法 。
